An excellent hotel, well located, with great facilities and amazing staff. Clean and tidy throughout, looks like bathrooms have been recently refurbished.Restaurant food is very tasty and reasonably priced, lots of choice in both the lounge bar and the main restaurant. One tip, buy breakfast in advance, it's cheaper and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while.
Had a wonderful time on a spa day.The treatments were the best Ive experienced across 4 spas Ive visited. Only down side was the hotel restaurent. The food was poor and over priced. If the hotel did a "spa special" with maybe a selection of small sandwiches and salad for 5then it would be perfect.
Lovely place to go and stop the night.Spa facilities are very good with helpful staff on hand.Pines bar is good for an afternoon pub style lunch and a few pints served by professional enthusiastic staff.Good breakfast before checkout. There were some traces of dust in the room but nothing the average person would notice .Hilton have not long taken over this place so any niggles I am sure they will sort in the near future. Can't wait to stay again.
Super golf venue! Mature, three nine hole courses and a good golf shop. A really nice hotel and practice facilities.It's my favourite place to play golf in the area. Definitely worth a visit if you are nearby.
Had a lovely day at the spa with my mum for her birthday. However I have just received a parking ticket for 60 because I didnt register my car, it was my first time at the Spa. I went to 2 reception desks and no one told me I had to do this. Apparently it is a new thing in place. Spoke to the manager and they have said I have to take it up with the car parking company. Such a relaxing morning turned out not to be so relaxing experience. it was a genuine mistake. Feeling very upset and annoyed.I would like to advise you to make sure, that all staff, advise new customers who attend your Hotel and Spa to register their cars!! I believe this had only been in place for just over a couple of weeks when I used the facilities. This would have helped give your Hotel/Spa FANTASTIC customer service. There was only my mum and I at both Reception desks we attended. So staff were not busy and could have taken time to explain this. ImStill very upset by this hefty fine... when I clearly used the facilities, this has ruined my lovely Spa day with my mum. I will be posting this all over social media to make people aware!! By doing this I will give the FANTSTIC Customer Service for you.!!!
