I purchased a purchased a Vauxhall Astra from here back in march 2018 and i never got round to placing my review. The car itself has been great and i have done just over 10000 miles in it now. The only issue i did have was with the air con motor which was covered on the six month warranty. These guys were helpful with my calls inquiring about this problem an helped me get it fixed. A word of advise is to take it to the garage these guys recommend as it makes everything so much easier with the warranty. Overall good service and i would buy from again.
Irritable sales people (when I did manage to get in touch) because my train was delayed & I had no phone reception on the train in order to call them. MOTd by them - but - a chipped windscreen so to repaired by me C/o Halfords;Track rod rattled & was told it was fine - now replaced by my local mechanic;Heater did not work - apparently fully serviced & a history with this garage - 1x Heater Matrix replaced by my mechanic, 1x Heat Exchange also replaced by my mechanic ... & a load of gunk (perhaps something like radweld) flushed out ... it now works;A number of other issues dealt with over 3 months in order to hand it to a female Learner Driver. (Photographs, Receipts & Videos available to substantiate repairs).Id asked, before going to collect, Would you give this car, confident of its reliability & integrity, to your wife/girlfriend/daughter?Answer, Absolutely! ... COWBOYS/CROOKS!!!

James and Steve couldn't have had better customer service, they have been more then happy to help with any questions or concerns we had! And we have ended up with a very good car previous to this brought a car from Evan halshaw which wasnt right from day one so it went back and we had our money returned! We turned up at James Bush cars in Brigg to look at a seat Leon they had! They were happy to show all paper work to the car, had a test drive this drove prefect I can't fault this company. After my previous car failed its MOT, I was in the difficult position of having only two days to find myself a new car. Despite the short time scale, I didn't want to feel rushed into making a decision, or end up buying a car that I didn't feel entirely happy with. I was beginning to think that I was likely going to end up making a less than ideal purchase when none of the cars I had looked at throughout the other local dealerships met my requirements/ lived up to their online adverts. However, I decided to call into James Bush Cars on Saturday morning, despite thinking that nothing on the online stocklist particularly matched my requirements, and found a great little car that was perfect for my needs. Steve was more than happy to help, but allowed me the time to browse the showroom at my own pace and look at the different options. He was extremely informative when explaining the specs of the different models, but didn't make me feel pressured in the slightest- in fact, I actually went home for a couple of hours to have a think about it. On Saturday afternoon when I returned, I took the car out for a test drive and Steve was extremely fair on the pricing of the car, and was able to explain the reasoning behind the costing of the car. This meant I was able to make the purchase feeling as though I was fully informed and had been able to ask as many questions as I needed to before making the commitment! The fact that the car has 12 months MOT and 6 months Gold Standard warranty is another massive plus for me... and no sneaky admin fees! Finally, Steve went above and beyond to help make the purchase as smooth as possible, even driving the car to my house as the government's tax website was down, so the car was only taxed on the trade plates. He then offered to add the tax into the price of the car, and tax it for me in order to save me a job. Perfect car, great service and competitive prices- couldn't as for anymore!
