My wife and I bought a 2017 VW Golf from Martin in part exchange in March this year and were delighted with it until recently when it developed some front end noise which was getting progressively worse. I phoned Martin and he sent a driver up the following day all the way from Brigg to Northumberland where we live. The car was left with us to use while ours was taken away to be fixed. It was returned to us two days later with the fault cured. The service was terrific and Martin and his team were very courteous and did a great job with no fuss whatsoever. Well done! I will certainly look to Family Autos in the future when I come to change my car. Very impressed!
