Booked a taxi to pick us up from a wedding. The driver was friendly and we'd book again.
Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable. As I needed to catch my train on time, I called an hour and half in advance to book a taxi from this taxi company to take me to the train station. The driver himself was busy but insisted that his colleague can take me. So we agreed the time and place. After 10 mins past the agreed time, no car showed up. I called the number and the driver simply said he didnt know but will find out and call me back. After another 10 mins, no response and I followed up. The line was busy since then.. no explanation or apologies! Unbelievably bad service!!
Totally useless! Only gave 1 star because I have too! Have used these several times always paid to over the odds because I live in the villages near Brigg. Always told them I am happy to pay whatever price as long as they turn up. Well guess what? Last night they left me and my wife stranded, who is a cancer patient by the way! Drunk and 5 miles from home. Luckily for us the loverly landlady of the Cross Keys Grasby gave us a lift home.I booked this taxi 3 days prior. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS USELESS COMPANY!!
Booked a taxi in advance to take us to the train station this morning and no taxi turned up! Waited 20 minutes! Wouldn't have minded so much but we rang the day before to confirm the time and address!! Would not recommend at all if it's for something important! Only just made our train on time and had to drive ourselves there, not impressed at all. Really did not need the stress!
Used this company last weekend for a taxi after a night out felt very safe, and had a lovely new car at a fair price.
