Absolutely furious with the service and deceptive estimate given for down sizing a silver ring 1/2 size.Its taken over 6 weeks after being told no more than 2 weeks and a price of 15, I was in fact charged 40!After the initial place they sent my ring to were unable to resize it, they said they would send it elsewhere for lasering. I said I wanted an estimate of time and if it would be more than the 15 quoted before it was sent. They sent it anyway without doing what I had asked. I have rung them 5 times to try and get an update, not once did they ring to update me.I would not recommend this jewellers to anyone.
